We ship our product two different ways. To receive your product fresh, select UPS Next Day Air at checkout and we will deliver the product overnight anywhere in the country. UPS offers overnight delivery service Tuesday through Saturday (with an upcharge on Saturday). Air freight shipping rates are typically between $30 - $200 dollars depending on the location of the delivery and the weight of the package. To receive your product flash frozen, select UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air at checkout and we will flash freeze your product for shipping, hours before it leaves our facility. The product will be packed frozen with dry ice and ready to eat whenever you are. Shipping costs are calculated when you complete the ordering process and the fresh and flash frozen options will both be available. *** Live lobsters and shellfish must be shipped UPS Next Day Air to guarantee freshness. ***

Lobsters and Shellfish are both alive and therefore we cannot freeze them to ship them. To ensure that these products arrive in their freshest state, they must be shipped UPS Next Day Air fresh overnight.

We currently ship only to the United States.

Due to the nature of our product and to guarantee freshness, we ship all fresh orders overnight and flash frozen orders with an intended two-day transit time. We require one day for processing time because we filet, make, and receive new product every day and must ensure that we have the freshest product available to fulfill every order. You should expect to receive your fresh package by 5 p.m. the day following our processing day or on the day of your scheduled delivery date. We do everything in our control to have all frozen orders arrive on their scheduled delivery day but it is not guaranteed.
