Icelandic Haddock

Icelandic Haddock is sold skin-on (skin-off by request!) and is caught long-line and flown in fresh daily. Larger than (1-2 lbs each) local Gloucester haddock, it is a flaky white fish that is mild in flavor.  Haddock is the preferred species among most New Englanders.
